BilletU was officially founded in 2025 with a clear purpose: solve the fragmentation, inefficiency, and manual processes that still dominate ticketing across Africa. Early prototypes focused on bus and event ticketing, but direct engagement with customers across markets revealed a broader opportunity. Businesses across multiple sectors lacked scalable digital tools to manage sales, registrations, verifications, and customer flow.
