How do I book a ticket?
You can book tickets online through our website or mobile app. Simply select your departure and destination cities, choose your preferred date and time, and complete the payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
What are the luggage restrictions?
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one checked bag up to 20kg. Additional luggage can be purchased at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Money), and bank transfers. Payment is secure and processed instantly.
