Delivery Policy

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically via email and made available in your BilletU account under "My Tickets" immediately after successful payment.

Delivery Timelines

  • E-tickets: instant after payment confirmation
  • SMS confirmations (where supported): typically within minutes
  • Resent tickets: available on demand via the "Resend" option

Non-Delivery

If you have not received your ticket, please check your spam folder and verify your email address. You can also access tickets in your account. If issues persist, contact hello@billetu.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or regulatory updates.
